To our incredible community and valued patrons,

In light of this week’s announcement to prohibit indoor dining for restaurants across the state, we as a community of restaurant owners in the City of Park Ridge have made a unified decision on how best to move forward, to survive, and to weather this remarkable time in our industry’s history .

Collectively, over two dozen restaurants in our city have decided to keep their dining rooms open for service. We, like countless other businesses in our community, place an immeasurable priority on the safety, health, and happiness of our customers. We also understand the irreparable impact that a second round of closures will have on our community’s restaurants and must fight for our livelihood and the livelihood of our employees.

Our decision to remain open for indoor dining service was not made lightly, nor was it made in an effort to trivialize the crisis that our community and our country are facing. From the beginning of the COIVD-19 crisis we have worked tirelessly to meet and exceed health and safety guidelines for both our employees and for those visiting our restaurants. Our resolution to stay open for indoor dining means that we will continue to maintain our high standards of safety, not dismiss them, thus maintaining the trust that our community has in us when they choose to dine indoors and beyond. We understand that there are also many in our community who do not feel comfortable dining indoors, are immunocompromised, or are at high risk, and we are equally committed to continuing safe practice for all of our carryout and delivery offerings. No matter your preference on how you dine, we will continue to serve you safely and with compassion.

Furthermore, we believe that Governor Pritzker’s recent announcement puts the onus of bringing the state’s COVID numbers down solely on the backs of restaurants, and this is a feat that our industry should not and cannot face alone. We are calling on local and state officials to help restaurants stay alive, and we have faith that our community will stand behind us in this decision.

We thank you for your patronage, your support, and your kinship as we all work as a community to navigate this unprecedented time.

We are following all local, and state
regulations in order to keep our staff and customers safe.
We are also offering contactless delivery as we take the health
and safety of our community very seriously (inquire for details).
